1. love and justice.
2. Cain
3. Justice (could also be Relationships)
4. Depends on who's interpreting where each commandment starts and ends. Most people agree that "Honor your father and mother" is the fourth commandment.
5. I didn't think any of those are another name for the ten commandments. Of those, I'd pick "The Tablets". The Pentateuch is the first five books of the old testament. The Beatitudes is what Jesus preached on the sermon on the Mount. I've never heard of a Deaclogue before.

You certainly have a lot of information at your fingertips for someone who "left my workbook at school." Has your religion class not had a section on the evil of lying.

Your first question is interesting - I would pick the fourth but certainly the choices could provide some interesting conversation.

In Genesis there is a wonderful story of Cain and Abel - one killed the other (I assume you know which) and when questioned by God about the missing brother, the killer used that phrase in his answer. If you don't know which of the brothers was the killer, I assume you have a Bible in your house - go and read it.

Peace is impossible without justice. That's one of the ongoing problems with the current situation in the middle East, and one of problems the United States has to deal with in responding to terrorism - how do we stay safe and at the same time protect the very liberties we are saying we defend.

A number of theologians would say that Jesus did go through adolescence. He certainly ahed physically - but they believe that he grew into an awakening of his special role, that he di dnot always know of his special relationship with God or what He was being called to do.

You don't know the Ten Commandments? I could easily answer that but you're better off looking it up in the Bible. You don't need your "notebook" for that, just the Bible.

The Beattitudes are the series of statements about people and their relationship to God that Jesus made during the Sermon on the Mount, best reported in Matthew's Gospel. The Pentateuch is the first five books of the Old Testament (penta - five, like the Pentagon in Washington is a five-sided building).

The Ten Commandments were written on stone tablets, and so it could be argued that this could be a name - but it couuld also be said that that refers only to the stone pieces and not to what is written on them. The formal name used to refer to the commandments is The Decalogue.

Next time - do your own homework, don't lie about why you need help.

And some of the information provided by other responders is just flat out wrong - incorrect - always a danger when you ask strangers.

hmm... Looks like you might have to just grit your teeth and push your way through this one.. Don't know if asking people online for answers to your homework is the best way to go about this.
