I'm not familiar with DSL. It has a cat 5 cable to the modem, and phone line to the wall phone jack. Do I set it up as LAN, so it sees the cat 5? How does the modem know what # to dial? Am I missing a setup disc for the modem? Would really appreciate any help.

The light is on the left-hand side of the "dummy light' section. It came on yesterday for the first time, and seems to drain gas. I noticed that the guages flutter a bit. Last night when I stopped the car it took a bit to turn off. I am hoping that it is a simple fix. I had not seen any information on a GEN light before, and can not find anything in the Haynes Manuel on what lights are in the instrument panel. PEASE HELP!

A lady at the pet shop said my ammonia problem was coming from leaving algae wafers in the tank for my corys to eat. That over time it disintigrates and decays. Well I'm sure it does but that kind of leads me to another problem..She said to feed them fresh veggies like zuccini. I put some in the water last night and woke up this morning to see they didn't touch it. So I'm a little unsure as to what to do then. I put a small bowl with some gravel in it and buried it in the gravel in the tank and set a algae wafer in it so that the bowl will keep it from falling in the gravel when it falls apart. All the fish automatically started hitting it and eventually managed to get it out of the bowl. I don't know what to do. I only feed them one algae wafer a day. My two corys can't eat all of that I know but my guppies seem to enjoy them too. What would you guys suggest I do?

My fiance wants to elope, and want a formal (but small) wedding in a church.

He says he wants to avoid the whole drama of his family, and would feel weird inviting both his mom and dad to the wedding, and just get married on a beach in Hawaii or something, and then have a reception.

Backstory: His dad left his mom for another woman on x-mas eve when Nick was 5. They haven't spoken since. It's been 20+ years. Nick's brother does not speak to his father either.

He is afraid of bringing them into the same state (his father lives in Miami, and his mom lives in St. Louis) let alone the same building.

I can sympathize with his situation, but I can't empathize with it. I have a "nuclear family" and I know I would upset my family if I ran off and got married, but I know I would break my father's heart if he couldn't walk me down the aisle.

I will add that I also have strained relations with his mother, and that makes the situation more weird.

Any suggestions?

To me, you truly become an adult at around the age of 30. You've surpassed all of the crazyness of your 20's. Hopefully you're holding a steady job, with kids, and a spouse. I also don't think kids should be able to get their license until the age of 18 (even though I got mine at 16).

I have taped the fridge at the top and bottom...this worked for awhile but it seems now he has learned that if he pulls hard enough, this breaks the tape.
I know everyone laughs ...(ha, ha).. but this is getting expensive.. he eats all the left overs and the fridge is open all day (anything he doesn't eat, gets spoiled). I don't want to have to tie him anywhere or lock him up (he's our guard dog). Does anyone have any idea's?

I'm just wondering. Can you go to Church and tell the priest that you don't want to be part of that religion and, like, stop being Catholic? What if someone wanted to not have any religion at all?

I'm not thinking of doing anything myself; this is a purely speculative question. I have a very inquisitive mind. Please be serious in your answer.

A friend of mine said he had 2 beers and they found some marijuanna in his vehicle when he ran a yield sign and hit an elderly lady. She got out of her car and was fine, but when she was taken to the hospital, she died.
What happens now? He was taken to jail and bail was posted.

I have struggled with weight all my life. I am 5'4, and 105 lbs. I am 21 years old now, and I still have the body I did when I was 12. It's very frustrating. I want the lovely curves you see on women of my age! I feel very scrawny. Anyone have ideas of how I can gain some weight? (And don't say just eat, because that's not the problem).
