I will definately tell you this...cheap is out of the question. On oahu, the average price for a 3-4 bdrm home in a good area will run you $550,000 and up easily getting in the $600,000 range and higher. If big city isn't for you, don't live in Honolulu. Some of the outskirts of Oahu are nice but most people that move here want to get away from the city completely. I do NOT recommend Hilo, HI for you either if you don't want a tiny town. Everyone knows everyone there and they aren't too welcoming to mainlanders and it rains 100+ in. a year making it a depressing town. Maui might be a nice place for you to go too. It's very tourist friendly however, it is VERY expensive. Kona, HI on the Big Island might also be another choice. It's not a fast paced as Honolulu or Maui and not as SLOOOOOW as Hilo with many tourists. Many people have been moving there so expect it to be a growing city. The Big Island is truly the most beautiful of all the islands. But, if your main concern is finances, bottom line is this...Most jobs here don't pay enough for you to afford a place to live and cost of living is higher than california (and I hear people complaining about how expensive it is there that a lot). That's why my husband and I (born and raised in Hawaii) are moving to the mainland. Unless you come with money or skills to make it, forget owning your own place and expect to rent. Apartment renting on Oahu will run you around $800-$1000 for a 1 bdrm. $2100+ for a condo or townhouse...and so on. Really check it out before you decide. Most end up moving back to the mainland. Hit me up if you need more info!

i could deliver the containers via way of FedEX or UPS. transport may be much less severe priced than shifting it any incorrect way via fact whilst they get to California they'll could desire to flown or shipped on a boat that could desire to take a protracted time to get there! My husband is having his shipped via boat (via fact the army is procuring it) and he won't obtain his products in South Carolina till late June/early July. in case you're only transport outfits and stuff i opt to propose you positioned them in containers and wrap fragile issues in bubble wrap and drop them off on the united statesstore or FedEX in case you choose them there speedier.

good luck on the cheap part, but perhaps researching salaries would be a good start....... then you can decide, based on your field of employment, where a good place to live would be.
