i would never eat a egg pizza omlette though. An scrambled egg is an chicken abortion but we wouldnt eat a human scrambled or would you?

well i work in a pizza store (australia, nsw) and we make whats called a calzone, a pizza folded over, with all pizza toppings inside, so looks like a omlette.and we make a egg pizza which is ham baon and egg sauce. quite nice

In some countries, egg on pizza is very popular. Scrambled eggs aren't "chicken abortions". All the eggs you can buy at the grocery store are unfertilized eggs, therefore they would have never been able to develop into a chicken.

Actually in Italy they do put fried eggs on top of pizza. A chicken eggs is not an aborted chicken because it is not fertilized and therefore was never a chicken to begin with. Human eggs are much, much smaller and you wouldn't even know you're eating it.

I've seen pizza omelettes on menus - sauteed onions, mushrooms, bell pepper with sausage, pepperoni, cheese and tomato sauce. All folded into an omelette.
As mentioned previously, chicken abortion? It's not an abortion since the egg was never fertilized to begin with.

I don't think the ingredients are quite the same.I have never seen anyone make scramble eggs with dough,nor have I seen pizza with egg as a topping. But there are few places I have not visited yet....

I've actually tried a really great breakfast pizza. It had scrambled eggs, sausage, bacon.... you know, all of the breakfast foods pretty much.
