Im working out a lot, and ive seen some progress in the depth (front of bicep to back of tricep) but, i see hardly any growth in width... (inner to outer sides)..

My shirts look fine on me, but from the front and back, my arms appear to be straws hanging out of the sleeves :S

What lifting pattern will give me this desired effect?

Ok I have a friend who is 15. She has a boyfriend who is a senior in highschool. She is a freshman. I saw her yesterday and she was really upset almost crying. She told me that they had sex yesterday and the condom broke. She isn't on the pill. Her period ended 3 days ago. I told her to get a pregnancy test, but she won't listen to me. She is afraid that her mom will kill her. She told me that if she is pregnant, she is going to run away, have the baby and come back after it's born. I told her that it would be better to find out if she is pregnant and tell her mom instead of her running away and the police finding her 4 months pregnant. She won't listen to me! What can I do? I'm really worried about her. She's one of my best friends.

I really want to know this becuase their explanation is even more far fetched than believing in a Divine Being. That somehow everything just created itself and mankind just materialized out of nowhere, and after that we came from the sea until we grew a bigger brain to go unto the shore, then with fins and a half developed lung we panted on land for another million years until somehow we morphed into Apes then into homosapiens. My question is Why do we still see Apes around and why haven't the ones we see changed into human beings yet?
Now, Devine Creation: A supreme being who actually uses his entire brain (even by scientists calculations we only use a 10th of our brain) created us for His Glory. Created the earth and the world because he could. Much like a painter creates a picture and then say: "And it is Good" (That's what God says in Genesis.)
I really want to know because there are so many people out there who don't know what they believe in, they're just floating through life.

I am a special educator trying to get a tutoring/consulting business off the ground, and I tried using geocities when my friend said myspace is inappropriate for professional websites. I don't like geocities one bit because it is too constricting and plain... I don't have Front Page on my computer and I cant add it because my computer has administrator restrictions (it's a school laptop provided by the district). I like myspace because it is EASY to use, there are tons of generator sites online to make my page appealing.... but I'm not sure that people will take me seriously if I have a myspace site (since kids and adults like me use it for personal use). What do yo think? PROFESSIONAL OPINIONS ONLY PLEASE.

My cucumber and squash plants in my vegetable garden has leaves that look too yellow. Does this mean I am watering them too much by watering them almost everyday? Or is it a mineral problem?
I want the leaves to look nice and green instead of yellowish like they are.

Many Christians claim they have the absolute truth and that people who don't have christ in their life aren't capable of real happiness or love. Many of us have taken very different paths, experienced completely different things and have found happiness and love through those experiences. To be told our happiness isn't "really" happiness because it does not involve christ produces a feeling that can only be described as outrage. I hope I'm not sounding rude, that's not my intention. Christians, what are your thoughts on this? Agree/disagree? Should Christians change their tactics if they really want to convert people? Non-christians, are your experiences different than mine?

They seem to be so offended by even the most trivial of things that are only remotely connected with Christianity, that's why they're so obsessed with removing God from the pledge and using Xmas instead of Christmas. If Christianity is just another fairy tale to you then why should you equate it with actual harm. If someone went around telling you that you should believe in Santa or scientology , you would probably just laugh at them for being crazy. And atheists hardly ever get offended by other religious symbols as long as it's not Christian.

In my Bathroom, I want to update the tile. It's the small rough octagon shape in white w/black speckles. Grout is also white. I hate it, stays dirty. Thought about sanding it and putting a dye and sealer on it, but I dont know if this can be done. 2nd choice is replacing the grout w/black but I am back with the white tile, does anyone know if the sanding and dyeing it would work? I thought I would try this first, it would be cheap, because I have a sander and I can do it myself.. and thought I could maybe use the dye you use to dye clothes (possible?) and then just a polyurthane to seal. If I do anything else like, remove ceramic tile, this may be costly..Any suggestions?

My husband and I have been together for 7 years. Happy for the first 3. Things have been slowly going bad over the years. We have both been bad to each other. He has been abusive towards me and I have cheated on him. We have an 8 year old daughter. We are separated and things are tense right now. I can't help but think of the future we could have had and I miss him. Should I continue with this separation, or try and find away back into his heart.
