Whenever our troops move about in Iraq, they do so in convoys along predictable roadways.

Since we don't have enough troops to watch these roads continuously, the bombs get planted along the way and it is only a matter of time before our troops will pass by.

These roads are just like the LINEAR TRACKS of a SHOOTING GALLERY that convey the designated targets back and forth until safety is reached at either end of the trip.

It is so sad to see our troops having to suffer the same fate as that of a shooting gallery target that travels back and forth along a specific linear path.

There is something so patently absurd and unfair about this scenario.

I dont believe in judging people on their religious beliefs, I believe everyone is free to believe as he or she wishes. I dont understand why people just cant respect people for who they are, and not what they worship or believe. I have friends who are christian, atheists, jehovah witness, catholic ect. My point being Dont hate someone because of their religious preference, Love them for the person they are.. Let me know what you think?

Hi all,

Some Background Info: My cat, Archie, is a 4 y/o medium hair tabby cat. About 3 weeks ago, we adopted a second cat from the Humane Society. About a week after we adopted her, Archie had diarrhea for about a week and also vomited a couple of times.

The Dilemma: He was ok for awhile, then last week, one of his eyes was kept closed sometimes and he had lots of clear tears coming from that eye. We took him to the vet and he prescribed a cornucopia of drugs for him, antibiotic gel for his eye, antibiotic pills, lysine supplement. His eye got better like a day after using these meds and is still ok now, but today he vomited twice. Once it looked kinda brown, the second time it looked light brown-orange.

Could he have an upper respiratory infection from the other cat? Or worms? Or could the drugs be affecting his already sensitive stomach? I don't trust vets based on bad advice given to a close friend of mine, so I wonder about the meds...

How can something be Zoned (PUD) planned unit development: for subdivisions and condominiums, but not be buildable? The individual said that, "The city has NOT written a development plan for this area. They currently have no plan to write a development plan." What the hell would someone want to buy land for if you can't use it for anything?

I understand a lot of people like this character. I, however do not. She is very bland and depressed looking/acting
and the show makes her look so scraggly. If they could liven her up fine, but the depressive mess she is...I believe if they have to get rid of someone, she would have to be the one. Everyone else has real charcter. Everyone else has a light and dark side. Sarah is just BLAH and I HATE her with Grissom. I was so hoping he would find an interesting woman, odd and unique like himself.
Grissom has a wry sense of humor and needs a happyier, more sure of herself woman to help him feel better about himself. Sarah just keeps him static. And if you have to lie about a relationship...well there you go. I hope she goes...buh bye! Anyone else dislike her like I do?? I cannot be alone here. Anyhow JMO and I respect all that like her too!

Hey what should I do? I'm 16 and at school theres this little asian guy (I think 15 or 16) who kept looking at me and smiling at me! Then three days ago we met behind a building and started talking when he sudenly tried to hug me! Yes! Hug! Behind a building! I punched him across the face and told him he could suck on that. I'm a christian who goes to church, joins fellowships, serves in sunday school ministry, gives financially, and hangs out with mostly church-goer friends.. I truly believe in God and I'm very thankful of his grace and salvation.. I know all about the importance of prayer, but for some reasons, I'm having the hardest, hardest time trying to pray. I never know what to say other than thank you for what I've had... I've never really "heard" anything from God either.. although I know he's there and real. Help!

Ok so Dirk is the MVP and I believe he deserved it. The guy simply cant miss unless its a playoff game where it really counts. Any way the guy posted 50/40/90% on FG/3PT/FT. Seems to me that no one had these numbers in the league.
