Actually, I really like all of your names.
1. Taylor Anne Smith-sounds nice together but Taylor is unisex and I prefer names that are either male or female
2. Cady Louise Smith-I think its cute & original
3. Katie Mae Smith-A good, cute sounding, traditional name but Katie might be common on the playgound
4. Megan Joanna Smith-Megan is a really nice name that's not in common use anymore and allows for the nickname Meg, which is also cute
5. Olivia Cait Smith-Love it but Olivia is very popular right now
6. Delilah Rose Smith-My favorite on the list-just beautiful
7. Alana Rhyn Smith-not a big fan of Rhyn but it sounds nice together
8. Georgia Rhiane Smith-not a big fan of either name separately but together they sound nice
9. Jessica Megan Smith-A good basic name but nothing special
10. Sophia Caile Smith-like it alot, but Sophia is also a very popular name these days
11. Hazel Melinda Smith-like Hazel alot and it sounds OK with Melinda but not my favorite on the list.

To me Taylor is a last name. Megan Joanna is nice but my sister is called Joanna and people never remember about the 'A' on the end and insist on calling her Joanne. You can't be serious about Delilah!! Do you want your sister to be bullied?
Out of the list I like either Katie Mae Smith or Olivia Cait Smith!! Good luck!!
