You're serious? No, that's ridiculous. And retarded. Maybe the remaining 2.7655% believe it is flat. Even as stupid as we Americans are, and I won't deny it, this country is full of flaming idiots, the vast majority of us are well aware of the Earth's shape.

Where the hell are you getting this information? I believe that you are just making sh*t up. If anything I would say that America probably has a higher percentage of educated people than elsewhere. There are presently some countries that have a high percentage of people that still believe in childish myths like ghosts. Just read some of the questions asked here. This whole answer board is a paradox. 21st century technology to answer 16th century superstitions.
