Hubb “حب” means love. But when describing general nouns, Arabs usually add “al”, meaning “the” so would say al-Hubb “الحب” “the love”, e.g. al-Hubb jameel. (the) love is beautiful.
Pronunciation of Hubb:
the “H” is emphatic like you’re breathing on your glasses to clean them.
“u” is like the u in “put”
“bb” is a double b, i.e. you hold the “b” for twice as long as a single “b”.

that all depends on what kind of love you mean. There are three words for love, or at least three base words. One is for friendship, the other is for courtship, and the final word is for the physical kind of love. Unfortunately, at this moment in time I'm struggling to remember the arabic for them. sorry.
