Not four wheel drive.I mean rear wheels acting like front wheels when you turn the steering wheel.I know one:Honda Prelude...I have one:)But does anybody know is there any other car has it?

Other than tight manouvreability and scaring the hell out of other road users, what advantage does four wheel steering have on a family (or even sports) car?

I once drove a T reg Xantia Stateside that had rear wheel steer....
Well.... i say rear wheel steer the rear suspension sub-frame was on a dampened pivot point.
