.....share the data with other users, never have the intention of ever buying the CD album or seeing the movie at a cinema or purchasing it on DVD - do you consider this ethically wrong?

Whilst I fully accept the legal ramifications of downloading copyright protected data being classed as theft, who exactly is losing anything if you adopt what I have outlined above?

One of my best friends just unexpectedly lost her mother, although it was a great shock to us all death is a part of life and I except it.
I have never really lost anyone really really close to me to experience it and when you lose your mom, I know it really hits hard.
Well, she often says, " I'd do anything to bring her back."
Do you really mean this?
I mean if she was to just pop up from the dead, wouldn't you sh|t yourself?

I say this because I know if for instance my deceased grandmother was sitting in her chair when I got home, I'm taking off running, ask questions later. Matter fact, the Lord would have to come to me Himself to tell me why he brought her back.

I understand she's grieving but why do people often say that when they lose someone?

I guess the question is, what would you if the person you just lost, miraculously appeared back into your life?

I had a tooth out last Friday (nightmare) the dentist started panicing as he couldn't get it out - I'd got an abscess he kept drilling - giving me more anaesthetic - drilling - pushing for over an hour. I was terrified enough without him saying how it wouldn't come and he'd have to try something else - he was sweating profusely, complaining his hand was hurting and getting bad tempered as the phone kept ringing. It was awful...if I thought I was dreading the experience before I got there, now I swear I can't go thru such a thing again. My face is badly bruised, but I've got toothache in the opposite side of my mouth and in my lower jaw...I've also got something sharp sticking out of my gum. He did tell me, he'd had to leave some root in, saying it would make its way out, perhaps taking a couple of years. I've lost faith in him as a dentist, but didn't know if I should go and see another one for a second opinion.
Do I need to go back regarding the sharp object and toothache though

Have you, or would you ever do a good deed for a complete stranger? If you have, when was it, and what did you do to help them? Was it a spur-of-the-moment thing?

Also, did you have to think really hard to find an answer to this question?

Advil Allergy and Sinus worked a little while for me, but now my allergies are terrible! The other day I was rubbing my eyes and having sneezing fits, and when I came inside from gym my eyes were puffy, pink and bloodshot. I need an allergy medicine that will get rid of a runny nose, itchy eyes, sneezing, and an itchy throat.

I'm highrisk because I was diagnosed with actual diabetes at 9 weeks pregnant and I've had about 11 ultrasounds since then (3 were before I was 10 weeks pregnant cause they needed to check the baby while I was hospitalized twice and I had my first to make sure it was ectopic at 4 weeks) and then after that I had an ultrasound every 4 weeks at my new doctor (so at 11 weeks, 15 weeks, 20 weeks (heart ultrasound to check for holes), 24 weeks, 28 weeks and then one tomorrow cause I'm 32 weeks) and at 18 weeks I got a free scan at this clinic cause they offered it to me. I'm soooooo scared now that I've heard this and wondering if these are affecting my baby negatively, because if they are, I want to stop getting them completely....do you think he'll be ok?

Many people have always said that evil must be destroyed for good to be dominate, from religion to simple minded people who cannot understand that there is no destroying evil. The reason why this is a fact is because as long as there is good there will be evil and as long as there is evil there will be good. The area of destroying evil completely is useless and will always have no real purpose other than tiring the good out. However standing in the gap of evil and defending good from the evil is what is truly known as balance. Balance has since the beginning has been a the backbone of the universe, a being or creature that has to survive by relying on another object, creature or being is a balance. If that is corrupted, almost everything will be destroyed. so my questions is this, why do people think evil must be destroyed, when in fact good can become so twisted and perverted as evil, if not even more?

Since lies and exaggeration are a common way to help spread the Christians message in the modern world doesn’t it seem highly probable that the New Testament authors engaged in a wee bit of hyperbole?

Example of famous Christian liars would be Mike Warnke, Bob Larson, stories of satanic ritual abuse, Jim Baker, Darlene Bishop, etc.

And don’t say they died (were martyred) for their beliefs. I can open the paper and read about nut jobs blowing themselves up for their religious beliefs every single day. That does not increase their credibility one iota.

How is the patriot act good? How can someone support the patriot act? Does supporting the patriot act make you less patriotic? The patriot act does take away certain rights, this is a fact. So how can someone support the patriot act and then support the war in Iraq by saying we are fighting for our rights? It saddens me to know that poeple would rather be less free and THINK they are safer from terrorists. Do you think that america will be able to stop every terrorist? Does the government have a list of every terrorist group in the world that hates america? What happens after we get every Al Queda terrorist? Will there be no more need for the patriot act?
