How do you lose weight???Answer ASAP!!!

find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have lean meat (protein) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio exercise 4-6 times a week for 30-50min, light weight training
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, past etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried, oily.
ofcourse you can spoil yourself once in a while with a little treat:)

Control what you eat and do a lot more exercise than what you usually do before. You need to make a dramatic change of your life style. Regular and enough sleep time is very important too. Do give yourself too much stress, especially about loosing weight (stress may put more weight on you). Find a group of people who share the same goal, encourage each other. Stop hanging out too much with people who don't care about their health.

Burn more calories a day then you consume, exercise, drink lots of water, no sweets, junk food, or fast food. Eat in small portions, instead of 3 large meals a day and snacks, eat 5 small meals a day and in between eat fruits and veggies

Reduce your calorie intake, work out a lot, eat fresh fruit and vegetables, drink lots of water and avoid junk food.
