Here are the ingredients I have in my home currenty:
1 lb of low fat ground sirloin-
Italian bread crumbs-
Eggs-
Italian mix seasoning-
parmesian and romano grated cheese-
fresh onions and garlic-
garlic powder-
olive oil-
wheat bread (not sure how fresh)-
hot sauce-
red wine-
beer lol-
The last time I mixed a few of the listed ingredients and it was pretty good but they fell apart and became kinda square shaped when I browned them. Can I cook them in the sauce? I have Emerils jar sauce here. Any help is appreciated!!

Okaii i have removed all neons into a seperation tank, but im not sure whether other fish can catch neon tetra disease... my guppies seem to acting a little strange and their gravid spot is becoming red.. i also have some platys and sml shark... will any of my fish contract this disease?

im only 15 years old..and i dont really have many choices to lose weight.....my plan was to do..like 100 push-ups a day..500 sit-ups a day..and plus watch what i eat..will that help me lose weight...i cant go run cause i baby sit my lil sis all day....and i have no videos or nothing....so will my plan work??
