If so, you would be the first, and to my knowledge, ONLY, Prime Minister of the USA. We Americans call this position "President" (although who can blame you for being confused...the one we currently have in office doesn't act much like one at all).

First of all, there is no position in USA with that title.
To become a President of USA, you must be born in the USA, study hard and hopefully attend Yale (giving you a higher chance) and get involved in politics early in your community, then county and then at the state level either as a senator or a governor.
I am fine. My dream is to be a time traveller.
