True Story, but a funny.

Woman calls up police department because her cat is stuck in a tree... they say they can't help until at least the next day, and animal rescue would have to come.

It was approaching darkness, and her response was, "He can't stay out there all night, there's coyotes in the woods."

Do you get it?

As soon as she said it, she realized it, and they both got a laugh at least!

Here is the story... a friend of mine had a paternity test done and it was determined that the father was the father of said child. She proceeded to go to court to try and collect child support for their child, who is 8 years old, but every time they try and serve the father with papers he keeps saying it isn't him at the door. They (whoever is serving the court notice) wrote the description down of the person answering the door, and it is him, but this is the third time he has denied it is him and so her case cannot proceed and she can't collect support for her child. What is her next recourse in this situation? If he was already established as the father of this child why can't she collect child support? He does work, etc.

Sure people can attribute minor things to "miracles" but likely there is a physical scientific explanation. Personally, I have never seen a burning bush, never saw wine turn into the blood of Christ, never witnessed a healing touch that wasn't explained scientifically. If miracles as outrageous as the ones in the Bible are true, why did they stop? Bet ya 1000 bucks these Biblical "miracles" never happened. Do you have better reasoning?

the dental assistant was completely unprofessional, but not at all rude to me. she started slamming and banging the mouse button keys on the laptop when it wasn't doing what she wanted. Being married to a geek I cringed as she was doing this and cursing saying, "F**k". She was opening sterilized items without gloves and one of them fell on the floor and she was playing with it and put it on the counter in it's peg hole. Now, i don't know if it was a drill bit, but it was a short metal object and slightly bigger in diameter and half the size of an ordinary needle. I didn't appreciate having garlic breathe being breathed into my face as she was taking dental xrays. I didn't care to hear that her and her husband fight. I think what bothered me the most of seeing her dropped that small object on the ground and put it next to all of the other ones. what should i do?

I know it is there for my protection but I dont have internet on this computer and I never put new docs from other computers into this computer. It is a hassle and just slows me down!
