What is your worst airplane story?

I think I just had mine. the first problem was it was a regional jet where the height was about 6ft tall and I am 6'4. Second the girl that sat next to me was trashed, at 9am, then fell asleep on me, which well wasnt to bad considering she was hot but then just before landing got airsick fortunatly she got the airsick bag out but still the smell was awful. I am probably guessing this is rather tame comapred to some others I will hear.

The theory of evolution has been proven?

I see a lot of posts around here claiming the theory of evolution has not been proven.

That is simply not true. It has been proven. If there is no proof for a scientific theory, then it is a hypothesis.

That doesn't mean it can't be proven wrong through further observations of natural phenomena that contradict the theory. For example, if a vertebrate skeleton was found fossilized in rock from the pre-Cambrian eras, then we'd have to look long and hard about the theory.

The evidence, however, is staggeringly broad. Note that the proof for evolution extends through many branches of science - paleontology, geology, biology, genetics..... this is not just an idea cooked up by someone looking at penguins in the Galapagos and surmising things. There is a mountain of direct evidence.

It's a strong theory.

Help..has anyone had labor induced?

I am 38 weeks pregnant and have been having bad contractions for weeks but my cervix is doing nothing so if they baby is not here by next week they are inducing.
They are putting somthing inside the vagina on Wed night she said it goes in like a tampon and then I will check into labor and delivery the next morning.
Does anyone know the name of the thing she is putting in? She said it should stimulate contractions and hopefully ripen the cervix and what should I expect at the hospital.
She said she will not make me labor past Thursday afternoon she will do a C-section
