How likely is it to give a man genital herpes via oral sex if the girl doesnt think shes having an outbreak?

I think, if there are no active lesions then the likelihood goes down to almost negligible (for females oral herpes to become males genital) but not to zero. exact numbers can not be predicted since it can not be estimated how much virus is being shed in the abscence of active lesions, it may be zero, talk to an ID doctor, good luck
