Our government has knelt down to other religions & allowed Christianity to be almost deleted from our country. We are no longer allowed to display our own belief in our schools. This makes me want to remove my child from public school & teach her at home. They are even going so far as to remove pork from the schools because it offends Muslim children. Our children can't pray in school but children in other religions are allowed to. If it were up to me, every desk would hold a bible & there would be an hour set aside each day for the children to read from it. I've noticed that the United States isn't mentioned in Revelations. We are destroying ourselves. Unless "We the people" stand up for God & our country, our children will soon not have a country to defend. Take the time to look around & tell me what you see this country of ours becoming. The Americans need to stop fighting amongst ourselves & start standing up for each other. Drop the "African" & "White" & call yourself "American".

I just bought a house. The previous owner left a pile of lime right on the base of a tree. I will be removing the lime asap. It looks as though it has been there maybe 6 months to a year. What can I do to help the tree? The top canopy is not producing leaves.

I'm starting this little group with some of my friends. just like the midnight society from are you afraid of the dark. I have everything setup, but I need a type of dust that changes the color of the flames for when we start the stories? it has to be something cheap, safe and can be bought at ace hardware.

We all see posts here by people saying "Evolution is just a theory, not a fact!"

So what? No scientific theory is ever a fact.

Scientific theories are based on facts, and with more facts to back it up, the theory becomes stronger. Facts are observations of natural phenomena.

In other words, the theory of evolution EXPLAINS the changes to life on earth over time. The FACT that life on earth changes is shown by observations of natural phenomena: one area where we get a lot of observations is paleontology. We see fossils of life on earth that show a progression from non-lilfe, to simple celular organisms to, simple sea creatures, and onward over time until the present day. You don't get amphibians, for example, before the late Devonian period. They just aren't there. You don't get mollusks before the Silurian period. THOSE are the "facts."

I am 16 years old and I'm from Republic of Georgia.
I can speak in English, Russian, Georgian and French.
I was planning to attain a job of a web-designer or a programmer, but I've changed my mind because I do not wish to spend my remaining years in front of the PC.

I've been in a relationship for almost a year. He's been extremely stressed with his family and work not doing well. Things were fine until recently when he's began pulling away from me. It feels as if we took a step back and now dating not in a relationship. We want to work things out but we don't know where to start. We live an hour away from each other and he's so busy with with work and family I only see him after he gets out of work during the week. Our backgrounds are so different, and with everything else we found ourselves at a standstill. He says he's confused and doesn't know what he wants, but he doesn't want to lose me. He's looking to me for answers that I can't give him cause I'm just as confused as he is. CAn we make it work and if we can how?
