I dont remember exactly who told me that the mind is a muscle that needs to be put to work (someone important that is), if we can put our minds to extensive training, can we achieve some sort of psychic powers or something like that or anything out of the ordinary? They say that we only use about 8% of our minds, then what about the rest of the 92% we dont use?

same first and last name as me. She used to live here....and now there have been inportant pieces of mail that I have NOT gotten because they were forwarded to here stupid house. We have a post office box that we use (here in PA.......me and my family) but if someone sends something to our PHYSICAL ADDRESS, it doesn't get to me. She should not have changed her last name. That was really stupid. She knows I'm not dating anyone, so I wouldn't be able to get married and change my name like she did. What should I do about this?! I asked her to send me the mail that she got of mine.....its been over 2 weeks.....haven't gotten it. I need to do something better about this!!!

Husband and I discussed this over breakfast this morning. A few things came up:

- God made the rules. He controls everything and set it in motion. He is limited by nothing. So why would He set this rule in place?

- By nature of His omnipotance, God is already "everywhere." He is, by his nature, in the presence of the most vile act and has been in the presence of every sinful act committed since the beginning of time.

- "God loves you unconditionally." But...if God can't be in the presence of sin, THAT is, by defintion, a condition that we have to meet (being sinless).

So can you help us understand why God can't be in the presence of evil? Thanks!

OK, here`s my problem. Occasionally, my PC turns off and then for some time doesn`t want to turn on. When I hit the power button ,the fan makes a single round and then everything stops. I have to try several times before the PC finally turns on. Any suggestions what the problem might be ?

Our son is 10 months old and my wife says she feels very detached from me. I am a really good husband/dad. She has a busier schedule than I do, so I clean the house and take care of my son a lot. I also try to do nice things for her like buy her flowers and try to make her feel important, but she doesn't want to hold hands or be affectionate. She says after the pregnancy, she has lost most of her feelings for me. She is struggling with these emotions too and doesn't know why she feels them. We are both struggling with this and don't know what to do. Is this common, I hope???

Okay so i'm on the birth control pill
i just took my last dianette pill last night and now i am moving on to femodette because i have some serious side effects, my doctor said,"if you are using the pill for contreception take it the day after you take your last pill or if you are using the pill for acne then take it after the 7 day break"
but surely it would work as contreception even after the 7 day break?

Ok, like mashed potatoes and gravy? They're supposed to touch. That's known as a combo. When I attend office parties or cook outs, I fix my own plate! My friends for example would fix me a plate with everything crammed together! The macaroni salad would be touching the Boston baked beans, the BB's juice would be touching the hamburger and so on! I'm sorry but I just can't eat food that touches other food! I don't think I'm being unreasonably picky do you?

Wait, there's more! When I was a kid my mom would fix rice and spinach like every 3rd Sunday. Ok. No biggy right? WRONG! She would mix them TOGETHER! The rice looked like green maggots! WHAT THE HECK?! That's why I'm traumatized about my food today! ( ^ _ ^ ) I'd discard the spinach rice combo down the toilet thinking that she'd never know. I wasn't too smart as a kid because the spinach being green left a big green RING around the toilet! Yeah I hate food that touches!
