Put on the full armor of God so that you can take your stand against the devil's schemes. (Eph 6:11)

I start each day with this so that I can cope with a fallen world.

My favorite Bible quote is how we can learn what God is doing today. 2 Timothy 2: 7 Consider what I say; and the Lord give thee understanding in all things. 2 Timothy 2: 15 Study to shew thyself approved unto God, a workman that needeth not to be ashamed, rightly dividing the word of truth.

Romans 3:19-20 "Now we know that whatever the law says, it says to those who are under the law, so that every mouth may be silenced and the whole world held accountable to God. Therefore no one will be declared righteous in his sight by observing the law; rather, through the law we become conscious of sin."

I love this. It refutes religion, or attaining favor from God by what you do. This sort of dogma is what Jesus rebuked the Pharisees for and called them "whitewashed tombs". Also, it's the common misconception of Christianity, that we all go to church every Sunday, follow our 10 big rules and God says, "Ok. You're good to go. Seeya next week." Totally contrary to the word of God, as you can see.

Lazarus wrote:

For God did not send His Son into the world to condemn the world, but to save the world through Him. Whoever believes in Him (Christ) is not condemned, but whoever does not believe stands condemned already because he has not believed in the name of God's one and only Son." John 3:17-19

Condemnation on grounds of belief - sounds like communist China to me.

Do you mean verse or an actual quote someone said? My fav. verse is Exodus 15:2. I don't know what my fav quote would be. Probably "Father forgive them for they know not what they do." God bless you.

Believe in the Lord Jesus Christ and thou shall be saved.

It is for by Grace you are saved through faith and is a gift of God lest any man should boast.

I have many myself, But I like Psalms 118:8...

"It is better to trust in the LORD than to put confidence in man."

Psalms 118:8 is the center verse in the whole bible!!

What a hope we have in Jesus.

This is just one of mine:

"Therefore do not worry about tomorrow, for tomorrow will worry about itself. Each day has enough trouble of its own."

Matthew 6:34
