well I will assume that english is not your first language.. Christianity teaches one to be happy no matter what happens as God is working everything out for the good of his children (christians) Even though things appear to be bad at the moment they will turn out to be in our favor..

Yes, indirectly. If a person believes in God and in Jesus, they realize that all of the things that normally make us unhappy are not really very important in the long run. Therefore, you stop worrying about them. Freedom from worry and fear is one of the wonderful benefits of being a believer. It is not that God will always give us what we want or solve our problems...that is not true. It is simply that we know that most things are not as important as we once thought they were. Everything on this earth is temporary...whether it be money, power, position, material things or whatever. I guess my own stand on things is that if I can't take it with me when I die...it is not worth worrying about today.

No, I don't think so. I think the whole religion starts off telling you that you were born in original sin and goes downhill from there. I'd rather tell a kid they are a child of the universe and it's a wonderous place, go explore. Isn't that much better than all the "don't do this or you go to hell" type directives?

Well it teaches you to be free and to know that you are forgiven, so you need not to worry about those things.
I think that makes alot of people happy and relieved.

Yes

BUT,

we know, that this is impossible to posses always, in this world.

BUT

we can always have joy, in spite of our circumstances,

BECAUSE

of the hope that we have within us.
