My 20month son started to develop a rash yesterday and it did clear up over the night but has now been replaced with swelling on his foreskin. Its extremely red and he won't let me put any pants on him. Has anyone had this problem before? I don't see how it could be from being unclean down there, I always wipe everywhere and now he's been wanting to use the potty so he isn't just sitting in diapers anymore. Any hints to help ease his pain or make the swelling die down. Thanks.

I have a friend who is quite well groomed, with an immaculate appearance. He seems cold and distant and he doesn't seem to get on with other guys. He is a talented violinist and sometimes sings (even in the shower). He also sometimes behaves in a theatrical way. I notice he has lots of female friends. I want to know...is he gay or not?

I mean we already know that most if not all of the old testament is crazy ramblings, but in this day and age, do any adults actually think that 2 of each trye of animals were stored in a large wooden boat for the duration of a great big flood?

What did the carnivores eat? other animals? Where did he store the Whales? What did he put the sharks in? How did he find a polar bear? Did he have african and Indian Elephants?
What if one of them died?

When you think about it, it really is one of the most absurd stories in the bible.

I am having my family over to dinner for mothers day tonight and am cooking Greek Chicken over Pasta. But my pasta always sticks and dinner wont work right if it does. Does anyone have a suggestion as to what I should do other than adding oil to the water? Thanks!

I feel betrayed by the party. I voted for them (my first time voting) in 2000 because I thought Repubs supported less federal gov't and less gov't interferance in our lives. Instead with things like the Patriot Act and huge inreases in gov't spending I am disillusioned with the party.
Aside from religion, are there any ways that they are still conservative?

Every explanation for the existence of anything I have ever heard from Christians is that it must have been created by God. Things cannot appear out of no where and certainly no accident could produce something complex, especially if there is any indication of design. They conclude that this means man must have been created, the earth must have been created, the sun, the moon, the stars, everything.

Well then, if God exists, how did he come into existence?

If you try to claim that he always existed, you are contradicting your reasoning that anything in existence with complexity and signs of intelligence must have been created. If I was created, so was your god. If the planet earth was created, so was your god.

If you cannot explain how your God was created, should I believe a fairy tale? That seems to be the reason why I should believe the bible. I cannot explain how the universe was created, so it MUST have been your God, since you have a book that says so.

I am a 100% atheist who moved to a largely Christian community in Arkansas recently. People are always coming to my door, generally Baptists, who are always trying to "save" me. These are neighbors from the surrounding blocks, and I don't want to be rude to them. What can I say to them that would stop them from going on and on and irritating me? As an atheist, how would they like it if I came to their door and tried to force my beliefs on them? These people are nice and I know they mean well, but they are like terribly brainwashed to me and obsessed with some kind of fantasy. They want to leave brochures and even Bibles. One woman has been to my house three times, as if on a mission. She tells me repeatedly I will burn in hell if I don't ask for forgiveness. There must be something succinct I can say to her and the others to get them off my back, and still not be rude.
