That's a good question and probably an insurmountable point. I admire your asking the question in the face of all the illogical answers you are bound to get.

First of all what is SIN?

do you agree that there is God , and HE exists every where?

I believe that God is Omnipresent. So logically everything is God then. But God is one thing ( there is no better word ,I know now) that can not be understood by our intellect. We use the intellect to transcend the intellect to realise him.
There are some things that are manifest and some do not manifest.
But people believe in the non manifest things too to be true.
For example what is darkness? you believe in it.you saw it.You think that darkness exists. But in reality it is THE ABSENCE OF LIGHT THAT IS CALLED DARKNESS.
Light can be carried but darkness can not be.
Similarly Sin is the absence of divine qualities there.
We can not have coin with one side only.So when you believe in God,automatically the absence of His qualities are called SATANIC.so Satan has come into play.
God is every where ...in a noble person and and in a sinner. But only thing is God does not force any one to do this or that.He simply is there and always guides in right Godly direction.A Sinner knows he is committing sin...his conscience tells him...yet he does the act...because of free will.God will not interfere with your free will.It is up to you to use it properly.
So there IS NO PLACE IN THE UNIVERSE WHERE THERE IS NO GOD.

It is fun watching Christian dogma fall to logic...

I'll go one better. If Lucifer was cast from heaven for pride, did that pride develop suddenly and he was instantly thrust out or had that been growing a while and God simply allowed its presence? Don't go saying "because he didn't act on it until then" because according to the NT we can sin with our thoughts. Yet again, another instance where the dogma does not stand.

Yes, so if they insist that sin is real, they need to either postulate that a) God is not everywhere, b) God can be in the presence of sin, or c) Both. Great question.

Yes God is everywhere. God can see everything. And if we didn't have Satan round, there would be no such thing as sin. There is always going to be sin in this world whether you like it or not. But it's the forgiveness of God that brings hope in this world.

God will not tolerate sin. This is why there is heaven and there is hell. Heaven is for those who have been covered in the blood of Jesus, so that God chooses not to look at the sin of a person. Hell is for those who insist in dying in their sins because they refuse to accept Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior over their lives. Heaven is a place where sin is not allowed. The blood of Jesus covers the sin of the individual, making it of no effect. Lucifer was cast pout of heaven because of his sin. This is when he became Satan. Satan cannot be saved.

You are assuming a physcial presence of God on Earth - which is never claimed after the Garden of Eden. Likewise, you are misusing the transitive law of logic to fit your preconceived notion that there is no God. Logic doesn't work that way - if you have your answer to begin with, you can prove it using whatever 'logic' you want.

Sin and sinners are in the presence of God now, as is everything else. But they will not be in His presence for eternity.

God's throne is Heaven, not earth. Earth is the devil's domain. Just look around you and see what is going on in this world. An unrepentant sinner cannot coexist with a perfect God in God's home, Heaven. The sinner (us) must be seen righteous. This is only possible through Jesus Christ who bore our sins for us and paid the price by being crucified. He rose the 3rd and defeated death. To all those who repent of their sins and trust Jesus to save them, eternity in Heaven is their/our destiny.
