I am a size 20, I had an infantino carrier (from target) and it fit just fine.

I am a 22 and had one of the Winnie The Pooh ones from WalMart. It fit just fine... and it was only like $15...

I had a snugli with my first, i was wearing about a 22 then and had no problems with it fitting. try them on at the store.
