chest exercises actually increase the size of the muscle below the breast. This has no effect though on breast size. If, however, you lose weight, it can 'somewhat' reduce breast size if you are prone to losing weight in that area. The same is true to gaining weight in that area if you are prone.
Brava breast enhancement supplement worked for my friend, but she also got chubby ALL OVER on it- she did gain a cup size though. Got a depressed too. and if I remember correctly, she gained some unsightly hair.
mastectomy is removal of the breasts... prices vary depending on whether insurance is covering it, as in WHY are you having your breasts removed? Is there a health reason? Sometimes you can justify a reduction to insurance if you have spine/back issues so it can be partially covered, but I've never heard of an unnecessary mastectomy unless someone has a very strong family history of breast cancer.
Breast enlargement- prices vary tremendously depending on size enhancement, lift, silicone or saline and quality of surgeon.
you have to do some research and be a little more specific with your question.

**PS- surgery = cutting= pain. mastectomy, enhancement, reduction all do hurt with bruising and some scarring for a time.

Exercise will make no difference though you will get better muscles.

The proceedures are operations and though I am a man I would guess they would hurt! Masectomy means cutting off the breast. Don't go there.

You don't want a mastectomy, you want a breast reduction (aka reduction mammoplasty).

Only breast reduction surgery. If its a $$ issue most reductions are covered by insurance.

Working out MAY help reduce your breast size, but that is usually if you are very overweight and lose a lot of pounds.
