My wife and I own an apartment on a second floor. Our neighbor from downstairs complaints that we have messed up her roof in several places and also the cabinets in the kitchen because of some past leaks from our apartment. Now she wants us to repair everything. Whenever there was a leak in the past we would deal with it and fix it. Now she says that when she enters the apartment she smells humidity and she fears for her health. We called a plumber and he said that everything is dry and found no present leaks at all.You can tell that there have been some water infiltrations because there are some spots in some areas of her apartment but believe us its really manor. This is a very troublesome neighbor and it's very clear that she wants to take advantage of the situation,she even threatened to complaint to the city of Coral Springs if we don't take action. We need an advice. Thank you

who yells...I never got my lisence and dont ask why...ok and he is cool with it he has no issue with me not having them but is helping me get them but yells at me loudly if i makea driving mistake... everyone else who rides with me sauys i do fine but all he can do is yell and wonder why im so nervous he yells other times to about other things how can i keep tough i dont wanna leave i love him how can i get past this and just deal with it

This IS America, folks, everyone is entitled to an oppinion, even the rich and famous. My question is, why do you care so much??? Isn't what our government is doing on a day to day basis much more of an issue??? After all they are the ones in power. I just feel that you're distracting yourselves from the REAL issues by doing this!!!

I love sex and I love to masturbate. (I'm serious, this isn't some dumb joke. Real answers please!) I'm kind of kinky too. I love bieing tied up, hair pulling...dominated. I have Vista Premium and Microsoft Office. When MS Office installed, it appeared in the all programs list. I moved the Icon to the Desktop, but now it no longer appears on the all programs list - others on the desktop do. Recycling the Ms Office icon on the desktop does not cause it to reappear in the all programs list. How do I get MS Office off the desktop and back on the all programs list?
