"I've been crying like a girly-girl, sucky-suck for weeks." Basically means that this girl has been moping around (probaby because of some guy) for so long that she is sick of herself, and she is berating herself for being such a sucky-suck (as in: it sucks to be around me) for all of her friends.
The other quote you mentioned I'm not familiar with, but a raptor is a hunting bird -- a meat eater -- so the translation I suppose depends on whether it is being said by the hunter or the prey.

I know these lines come from Lost & Delirious, the psychodrama (I haven't seen it, but a Canadian friend is a big fan of the film). I also know that sex plays an important role in the film...that's why the quote you are particularly interested in might have a hidden meaning...
I'd translate like this:
'He estado llorando como una niñita, jodida por varias semanas.'
niñita: meaning a spoilt girl rather than a feminine girl.
