A physician whom I was a patient of, began sexually harrassing me for the duration of our doctor/patient relationship. I then started to bring my husband with me once I felt this harrassement was getting out of control. A few months later, I fired the physician from treating me. He is a specialist and it is difficult to find a good specialist in this particular field, which is why I put up with it as long as I did (about 7 months). What is the first step I need to take, and will I be taken seriously, since I waited 6 months after firing him, to file a lawsuit?

Senator James Inhofe (R-Oklahoma) introduced his National Language Act (S.1335) in the Senate. Senator Inhofe's legislation is virtually identical to Congressman Peter King's National Language Act (H.R.769). Senator Inhofe's legislation is also virtually identical to his original "English First" amendment to the immigration bill, which passed on May 18, 2006, by a vote of 63-34. The major difference between the bill and the amendment is that the Inhofe amendment did not address the foreign language ballot issue. The Inhofe legislation, if passed, would specifically ban foreign language ballots.

Both the Inhofe amendment and the Inhofe bill would repeal Clinton Executive Order 13166, which requires all recipients of federal funds to function in any language anyone speaks at any time. The Inhofe legislation, if passed and signed into law, would also put an end to the lawsuit by the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission against the Salvation Army.

weight off. a few pounds heavier than in my single days. harder to keep the hair away from the places i don't want it and harder to keep it where i want it, my energy level isn't what it used to be.
health problems start to slowly creep up on you ex. high cholesterol, high blood pressure, etc. etc.
although you love your kids, the stress of raising them wears on you. the stress of your job wears on you as well. the feeling of being less attractive than you used to be as a result of the factors i mentioned above is multiplied by the fact that your wife seems less and less interested in sex with you the longer you are married, to the point where you stop asking for it because you figure "why ruin the night with more rejection?"

are these pretty normal feelings that guys experience as they begin to approach the middle age years?

Why is America so cruel to its women? I don't think women should ever be sent to jail or prison. At most they should be given house arrest.

After living in Europe for several years, now back to Asia, I suffered a kind of reversed culture shock syndrome, meaning wanting to go back to where my 'home' was. Now I am still coping. I love my home country but my heart is still back in my ex-home. Anyone feels the same?

She should be ashamed of herself and apologize for her careless remarks towards bush:
http://news.bbc.co.uk/2/hi/americas/6637...

Bush is not perfect and may occasionally slip up words but how dare this old hag harass and ridiculing him over it. If the UK is attacked by the USA over this, the blood will be on the Queen's hands. Again, shame on her since this is no way to treat the leader of the free world!

#1 First they asked the undercover FBI agent to lead the attack because he had more experience. Then they changed their minds and said they could not attack with out a Fatwa.
#2 They hesitated at buying automatic weapons, because off all things, they are illegal.
#3 They send a jihad tape to circuit city.

So, is this a real terrorism plot, or one the same types Bush got busted for in 05 with his top ten list of terror plot he foiled, that turned out to not lead to even one conviction on terror charges. But at least the same wannabe conservatives willing to give up civil rights for safe can feel all warm and safe now. Bush protected you pansy's from more big bad and bungling muslims.

My husband works at a production plant and is continuously having his lunch stolen from his lunch bag. He cannot keep it in his locker as it is not allowed in a food plant. So it is kept in the break room. This isn't accidental. The bag has his name on it. The Supervisors won't do anything, he's made complaints. It is closed campus, meaning he cannot even go to the parking lot for break. He works 12 hour shifts so this leaves him without food for a long while. I don't want anything illegal (mostly) but, something that will definetly make them think twice o n doing it any more. I'd like to thank any devious minds ahead of time!
