Ross stores usually have a very wide selection of kid's clothing with cheap and affordable prices, as well as being trendy and stylish. Target usually has a few items but anything you buy there is the same as if you went to stores like Old Navy. I wouldn't suggest Walmart, their quality of clothing is atrocious.

When it comes to buying clothes I tend to shop at outlet stores. The nice thing about where I live is I am ten minutes away from a very big outlet mall. The clothes there are much cheaper then at a normal store. I love to shop at Gap Outlet because their shirts and jeans are twenty to thirty dollars cheaper then at a regular Gap store.

I second Goodwill and other thrift stores. Also, rummage sales, and other second hand forms. A kid seems to grow out of an article of clothing a week after s/he gets it. If s/he doesn't grow out of it, then it's ripped or stained beyond repair. So, I don't see the practicality of buying new for kids, But then, I don't see the practicality of buying new for me, awoman who is almost 30. (Especially with my pregnancy. I'm growing out of my clothes and I should get more, but I've been putting it of...)

I hope this helps.

you should try THE LIMITED TWO for girls, maybe WALMART or TARGET, or this THE CHILDREN'S PLACE, they sell boys and girls clothes there. my sister likes CARTERS but i am not sure they have the sizes you may be looking for. good luck!
