hydrate urself with plenty of water though u will be treating toilet as ur secong bed.... but still drink lots of it as it is the most essential factor that will help u recover.

try adding some lemon and honey to the water (diluted please), u should feel better.

if it persist more than 2 weeks, pls seek for doctor advise, they will issue antiseptic lozenges for possible throat infection.

PRINCESS,

THE HIGH CONCENTRATION OF SALT IN THE WATER WITH WHICH YOU GARGLE DRIES OUT THE TISSUES, SO DN'T BE SURPRISED IF THE THROAT FEELS DRY.
SWITCH TO GARGLING WITH A NON-ALCOHL MOUTHRINSE LIKE LAVORISOR CEPACOL.
HIGH SALT GARGLES ARE NEVER GOOD FOR A SORE THROAT.

You may need an antibiotic. Did you go to the Dr's so they can look at it? If its just a basic sore throat, you can gargle with warm water and salt---old remedy but it works. Hope you feel better!
