I have had a couple of charms I happened upon that are not working for me lately, is it possible to re-charge them. If so please provide the ritual instructions that worked for you.

If they are truly your talismen, they work because you believe they work. You are the one who has empowered them. What caused you to lose faith in them? Maybe it is time to move on to something else. Sometimes when we 'come upon' something, it is not meant to be for a lifetime and it is not really ours. Do some soul-searching before you do any riturals please.

Yes it is. They first need to be discharged of all negative energy that they have collected first. Then recharged, depending on what charm it is and for what purpose.

I would probably try giving them a good smudging with sage, or sage and cedar, (waning moon cycle) and see if that helps to clear them of any unwanted energies, then maybe sleep with them under my pillow a few nights (increasing moon)... To "reconnect" with them, so to speak. Might not hurt to talk to them once in awhile, and tell them how much you appreciate all the help they have brought you....(.Another way of investing your personal energy in it, by thinking about, and appreciating what has come in to your life since you aquired them)

I hope you are joking.
If so, take a dead chicken and rub it on your chest for a hour along with the charms. That always works.
If not, then i cant help you.
