i am going to my boyfriends aunts house and they have a big river very near by and they invited me to stay over for a while to swim and all that,so i weight like 140 pounds at this moment.i am 5'3 and soon to be 19 years old,so if you know or you are fit please help me slim down atleast 10 to 15 pounds,thank you

Is there a quick fix to trade it in w/o telling the dealer? I heard that you can crack an egg and put it in the radiator and this will help hide the problem. I dumped about 4 teaspoons of black pepper in the radiator in order to get it home. Does anyone have any other suggestions?

My job is an at-will employment...meaning that if any circumstances change where my position is not needed anymore, my position will be terminated. Circumstances did change, my boss that I solely worked for resigned.

The company is asking me to write a resignation letter that states my last working day. However, should I be writing one? I am not resigning, my position is just ending. I don't want future employers to think that I am at fault for ending my employment.

Do you have any advice for wording a resignation letter that safeguards my reputation at this company as a good employee or do you have other alternatives to writing a resignation letter??

My landlord, an older man, grabbed my upper region when I went to pay him. I take a tape recorder with me everytime in case he tries it again. If I catch him on tape should I press charges? What would come from it?

things then it ends with him telling me he can't take this anymore and hes moving out.he sometimes leaves(he always comes back) but he mostly just gives me the silent treatment for a day or 2.I never yell back or sware and try to talk to him calmly but once he gets fired up about something i can't reason with him.I try to tell him i'm sorry he got angry with what i said but he will never listen and just says "whatever".Hes not like this with anyone else just me.Hes never hit me but i feel so sad after we fight i don't know what to do.
