Yeah, this girl that was always playing with me, or saying things to me gave me her number today. I called her name then, said never mind, she just said laughed, blushed, and waved me off. I told her that she was pretty, but she wouldnt look me in the eye. I was so friggin nervous...She said thank u, then asked me what I liked to do? I told her watch sports, bowling, stuff like that, then switched it, and asked her. She said that she is a heavy smoker and drinker and like to party. She smiled at me, and held the door open for me when we entered the building. She always igniated the convo between us prior to me getting her number. But I'm not sure if she likes me or not. Why do girls give ppl their # when they really dont like that person, I'm just confused to know what to do, I've only dated 1 girl my entire 26 yrs of living, after 6 yrs that ended. Now I'm on the prowl and looking. She's the party type, no strings attached, just what i'm looking for, so do she really want me to call?

I have some past due bills that date back 4yrs ago. ( I know I should have been more responsible) But I'm older now and matured and I am trying to repair my credit but these credit inquiries are not helping at all. It seems like everytime this company runs my credit my score decreases by 2 points. How do I stop that? Right now I can't pay them because I'm still not able to financially. I don't make enough. But I want to though I'm still recovering from the past hardship I experienced. So if anyone can help please let me know. Much Thanks!!

OK, here's the story........my husband's mother loves to spend as much time with my 2 daughters as possible. She wants them to spend the night w/ her as often as possible. My oldest daughter is from a previous marriage, so she goes to her dad's every other weekend and 1/2 the summer. Because of this, she doesn't get to spend as much time w/ grama that my youngest daughter does. So she doesn't know her as well and sometimes feels uncomfortable around her. (Keep in mind, I've been remarried for 7 yrs) Last summer daughter #2 went to grama's all the time w/out sister. I said this summer my youngest isn't going w/out the oldest, because it isn't fair that one gets so much time w/ grama and the other doesn't. But is it fair to limit daughter # 2's time w/ grama just because daughter # 1 can't go as much? And I think the more time daughter # 1 spends with grama she will get to know her better and then be fine. But in the mean time, she doesn't want to go. Should I make her?

If they thanked you for what you did for them because they did not know something important that you told them and they were eventually glad that you did, even if they argued with you about it to begin with, if they eventually told you thank you and that you were a hero to them would you appreciate that? Would that make you feel good?

I bought a house last year and had the heating system replaced with a home warranty. I knew that the renewal should be coming up next month and inquired about renewing. The company told me that I wasn't going to be able to and they had the right to deny me and not give me a reason. Is this legal?

Situation: A girl at a university gets fed up one day and kills her roommate. Thirty minutes later, without any provocation, walks across the street and shoots and kills her professor. The girl is charged with first degree murder, the aggravating factor being the intent to kill or inflict great bodily harm on more than one person. there is a septic leach field where I want to put it. At first I wanted to level the spot with sand and lay stone pavers, the area would be about 12 X 15 feet. But now I am worried about damagin the leach field wit possibly too much weight. As an alternative I am considering making a ground level deck instead, which would look the same as the deck, but that would need to rest on concrete blocks anyway, and wherever I put the block there would be even more damaging pressure under that small area. Does anyone know what is the maximum pressure allowed on the leach field? Also, I heard that if it gets clogged, I would need to rip out the patio to get to it. Any thoughts or advice would be greately appreciated!

It's obvious that my son is being railroaded in court. The judge brought him, from jail, to court with no prior notification. Police officers were there to testify. The judge sarcastically asked my son "your momma's not here?" The prosecutor has changed the deal with my son serving concurrent to him serving consecutively and the charge has been changed from non-compliance to endangering others. The judge and prosecutor don't wnat me in the courtroom. A previous PD I complained on is involved, but shouldn't be in this court case. There's a lot of discussion about me between the judge and prosecutor. The prosecuting my son for personal reasons that have to do with me.

I had a first offense DUI last November in Ohio. I live in West Virginia. My license was suspended for six months from the date of the incident. I haven't been driving since, and my suspension is almost over. Just a few weeks ago, I received a letter from the WV DMV stating that my license will be suspended for 1 year starting on April 26. I understand that states share information on driving records, and that the state of Ohio did notify WV of my DUI, but is that legal for WV to suspend my license for another year for an incident that happened in Ohio, and after I have served my suspension?

okay I got this tattoo on my arm like 4 months ago. I don't like it. So I'm thinking about getting a cover-up.

My questions are:

1.) The tattoo I have on my arm has light blue,white,and very little green in it. If i get a cover-up will black ink cover up these colors? Like I'm thinking of getting a black cross over it.

2.) If I get a cover-up, and if I ever want it remove will it all come off, but it will take longer treatments right?

3.) My tattoo length is about 3 1/4 and the width is about
2 1/2 inches. If I get a cover-up can the tattoo be about the same size over it?


What do you people think:

My divorce case. A friend who originally agreed to testify in court is now having second thoughts. Supeona has not yet been served. Friend wants to not appear personally but would agree to make written statement. If he is served , can he opt to submit a written statement in lieu of personal appearance in court? What is the law?

A friend from our moms group, left a 7 mth old baby she babysits for, Alone for 20 minutes in her house while he was napping. She was with her daughter at the park across the street. You cant see her towhouse from the park. The park is about a 3 min walk there, and 3 min back. The park is across a wide, street, from the townhouse complex. I think this is terrible ,and she should be in trouble for neglect. My hubby says I am overeacting, and if I am going to call social services on anyone it should be for something more serious. I dont know if I will call social services on her, but I think maybe someone should say somethign to her. .................What do you think???
