In New York, they have found that the recent trooper was killed by friendly fire, this has happend in New Jersey and I think Pennsylvania as well. Why is it happening, are the police gun happy or just improperly trained?

In Modern History we got talking about Republicanism in Australia and it just got me thinking again. I'm all for a republic nation - and I think it's well overdue. The class was divided.

I don't believe that we should we remain loyal to a country whose government was responsible for the dispossession of our Indigenous people. There's more, but I don't want to ramble.

I am 25 years old; don’t ask how I ended up with 8 kids & all boys as well (I married when I was 16). My wife past away last year in a car accident.

I am a marketing director so I am always on the run to design promotional ads. A nanny handles my 8 kids (I pay her £600 a week; because my kids are disasters).

They are sick, they fight, bully their teacher (My 4 year old asked her to suck his invader 99), don’t do their homework, recently they have started watching porn & start anywhere the horny little bastards. The nanny can only put up with so much. My oldest kid phoned up call girls and told them he was 16 & trashed the whole house.

My secretary deals with all my bills and I got nagged in office when call girls turned up on my bills. I have lost it.

WHAT SHALL I DO?

My boss told me to sell the little buggers on eBay or to the Italians (For a Laugh); now I am hitting on his wife because end of the day they re my kids and I love them

Do Americans have no manners? None of them are bowing or giving a curtsy to the Queen of England?

My personal stand is that Americans fought and won two wars (the Revolutionary War and the War of 1812) against the British Empire to prove that we don't have to bow and curtsy to an out-dated royal figure.

I have burned alot of mp3's onto CD's and they all work fine but when I listen to the mp3's through media player or media centre they all skip in the last 10 seconds of play.
Does anyone have any idea why this might be? Cheers

i had the marina coil fitted over 7 years ago, i went to my GP to get it removed. when she pulled on the tail it snapped off. it was may i add very painfull. The doctor has refered me to the hospital to have the rest removed, so i'm very nervous and need to know how is it removed, because in about 4 hours it is being removed and i'm scared :( so please help. if no one has the answer well i guess i'll find out in 4 hours xx

8 months ago I went thru breakup with bf of 2 yrs. He was the main provider so when he left i was unable to financially provide for myself & 2 children since i'd been a stay at home mom. I was soon evicted from the house we were renting & now basically homeless & jobless having to stay with friends starting from scratch to re-establish a home and life for me & kids. After moving out of house my 5 yr old son went to my moms so he could start kindergarten in a structured & familiar environment & i asked my sister-in-law and brother to care for my 18 month old daughter until I was able to secure a job & save enough money to find & rent a new place for us to live, ecspecially since my friend barely had a couch for me sleep on yet two kids. Its been 8 months now & Im employed, have a home & worked things out with my boyfriend so I'm ready to be the primary caregiver of my family again...but now my sister-in-law doesn't want to give her back & has reasons why she thinks she won't have to!!
