k... well... if someone hits your car in a parking lot and you arent there to see it happen but someone else is (according to coworker she was around corner, couldnt see much) can they file a police report or does the owner of the car have to? what if they report it and dont tell you about it? what happens then? please HELP!!

My daughter is 23 months old, and potty trained about a month ago. I go in the bathroom with her every time and wipe for her, and help her wash her hands. Today we were in a restaurant, and a woman told me (quite rudely) that if she can go on the potty, she should be made to wipe herself, because it isn't hygenic for me to help her. I personally think this is ridiculous, She isn't even 2. At what age do you think they are old enough to take care of this?

I live in Canada and my boyfriend is an immigrant from Cameroon. His papers are soon to expire, and he feels the only way to keep him in the country is for us to get married. He's 27 and I'm 21. I own my house and rent out the rooms to friends on the verbal agreement that they will pay me rent every month and pay for anything they break or destroy, also that they give me timly notice when they want to move out. My roommate just gave me 2 hours notice that he was leaving and that he was not going to pay to fix anything or pay any rent for the month. I want to take him to small claims court for the damage and the rent do I have a case?

2 days ago, I found Goldie (7 year old goldfish) at the bottom of the tank on his side. I spoke w/ a fish store who advised me to test the pH level - it was at 6.0 and the ammonia level was high. I changed about 75% of the water. After changing the water, I put chemicals to lower the ammonia and raise the pH. I added more chemicals yesterday and today there is still no difference in the pH/ammonia levels even after changing the tank. Yesterday, Goldie was doing better, he was able to swim to the top of the tank and swim strait up for about 20-30 seconds... he couldn't do that the first day this started. Today (the 2nd day), he got finrot and it is progressing very quickly over a 24 hour period. I have been using Melafix, an antibacterial fish remedy that heals sores and finrot. It may be slowing the progression but it is not stopping it.

Is there anything else I can do? I don't want my fish to suffer. Chemicals I am currently using: Stress Coat, Melafix, pH up and ammonia remover.

It was kinda like Gremlins or Critters, but I think it was some other movie. It was about a boy who finds a group of Troll like creatures that live in a big hole in the ground in the woods by his house. He lures people into the woods until they trip and fall into the hole in the ground where the creatures eat them I guess. So he keeps feeding them. He has a sister too. I saw it on late night tv way back sometime between 1987 and 93, not sure what year it was made.
