Actually it may sound like surprise to find out that in the high lands like Manchester and surrounding parishes, And the upper reaches in (the county of ) Sorry ( Blue John crow Mtn) are very cool to cold in some winter months,however Jamaica has a tropical climate all year round,with temp on coast ranging,from 30-32 or 90 to 91 F.average to 35-36degree Celsius or 94 F in some years,which is tempered by the the Caribbean sea,which mean Jamaica has aTM/ Tropical Marine climate,the south coast tends to be hotter,with clear sunny days and a longer period of drought,like in 2000-2001 sever rains hit north coast while south coast experience a very sever drought.
Average winter temps,21-25 to 27-29 C ;69-75 to 80-85 F
Note; in upper reaches of the islands interior the temps can fall to a low of 10 degree Celsius or 50 F in the high plateau areas of the Dry harbour Mtn and other areas like Christiana and Blue John crow Mtn's,some time 40F of 4 degree Celsius,with occasions of light frost with ice some times reported, at the summit of the Blue Mountain peak ( in some winter years ),2256 m or 7402 F,"Portland" this area also experience Jamaica's heaviest rain's 350 inches a year and some times up to a foot at nights.

Do You mean if the people are Cold?
The temperature in Jamaica which is in The Caribbean is 89 degrees all Year round.

Jamaica is a tropical caribbean climate. Generally warm and sunny all year my friend.

Between June and November is the hurricane season, but few really ever hit Jamaica.

Are u serious? Jamaica is in the Caribbean which is south of Florida. You know, getting closer to the equator makes a place warmer. Where are you from? Please look at a map and on a Jamaican website for more info. Jamaica has a gorgeous climate both winter and summer.

Actually in Jamaica it is warm almost all year round,except in late November to December ,it becomes just a little chilly you might need a light, and i stress light sweater or coat, other than that the weather is always beautiful.

I went to Mandeville, Jamaica in the summer of last year in the higher elevation and it was chilly and rainy. I was so surprised.
