i keep hearing how god gave up his son to forgive us of our sins. but this doesn't make any sense when you think about it. after jesus died, he ascended into heaven, right? so god gets to keep jesus? that hardly sounds like he's paying for our sins. so what did god give up? the flesh form of jesus? god is not interested in the flesh though. he only wants our souls. also, how is jesus paying for our sins if he went to heaven. he suffered for a few days to make up for all sin for every man, woman and child, past, present and future, and then he got to go to heaven for all eternity. sorry, that doesn't make sense. if jesus was truly taking on the burden of all of mankind's sins, shouldn't he have gone to hell for all eternity? wouldn't the idea of god giving up jesus make more sense in that aspect? to say he gave up jesus implies that god is forever separated from jesus and this is not the case as scripture tells us. can anyone explain this?

I hate my best freinds dad!! He ruins everything. Her mom died so she has nowhere else to live..but anyways
he is a child abuser. If she even gets a detention at school, he beats her. I swear one time, we were outside after dark, even though he told us not to be,, and he grabbed her by the hair and started calling her a b*tch and pushing her against the wall. Another time she got a referral at school and he whipped her with a belt all over her legs and face and left bruises all ove her. And if he sees that shes having fun, he makes her go home and then yells at her all night. And hes a racist, homophobic weirdo. He has porn magazines all over the place. And he slaps MY ***. He thinks i see it as playing around but i dont!! its creepy. She has a litte sister that never gets hit or anything, barely even yelled at. Shes 13 and her sisters 11
so please help how can she escape this horrble life?

I am looking to take childs sports photos. I have already sold a package to an old friend that i had taken with my EasyShare but am looking to move up to DSLR. This question is for those who know psychiatric theory as practiced in the 1970's. At least educated guesses please...

Once, after I had a head injury as a child, a shrink who had seen a family member asked to see me, to look for ill effects. After I entered the office, this dude produced a jar of shelled peanuts and hands it to me. "Here, have a snack."
I pour myself some peanuts and start munching, but he takes the jar again and says, "No, eat them like this." He pours more into my hand until there's a huge heap there, pours himself a similar handful, and mimes eating the whole thing.
I thought it was outrageously funny that this important man would ask me to do this. I tried for a bit to eat the whole handful, without much success. Then he asks some forgettable interview questions. Later he says he found no ill effects.
What was this "half-full" test about? If it was about suggestion or authority, my finding it humorous influenced my response and ruined it.

I was shocked, he took my car keys (it's actually his car) and refused to give me moneys. He already told me that if I try it again, he'll kick me to the curb.

It has been a week and he still doesn't show any sign of weakness. But I need car and moneys so badly. I don't know what to do. I'm scare if I start to have sex with him again then get mad at him again, I won't have any leverage on him.

I can't believe he react like this. This is first time I actually seriously try it. I've done it to other and it work great.

How could this not affect him at all but yet hurt me way more?

my employer has not included the Dec 2006 which is paid in Jan 2007 in the W2form . when questioned he says that the dec 2006 salary was paid in Jan 2007 and hence not included. This means he works fro dec to Nov only . is he correct?

I noted that every time, more guys are shaving their bodies completely.
I'm not hairy, just legs,arms,pubic area and a little in my chest.
I think it's very masculine, so why shave it.they all look like girls.
