I hope it's not a sin to cut and paste....hehehehe :)
"I believe that the most amazing prophecy to come true recently has been the rebirth of the nation of Israel. After being "dead" for 1,260 years, such a rebirth isn't likely without divine intervention.
This is prophesied in several places in the Bible, most notably at Ezekiel Chapters 36 and 37. Of note, Ezekiel 37:21-22 reads:
21 “Then say to them, ‘Thus says the Lord GOD: “Surely I will take the children of Israel from among the nations, wherever they have gone, and will gather them from every side and bring them into their own land; 22 and I will make them one nation in the land, on the mountains of Israel; and one king shall be king over them all; they shall no longer be two nations, nor shall they ever be divided into two kingdoms again."
Notice verse 22a tells us Israel will be "one nation." After Solomon's death, Israel was split up into two nations: Judea (made up of the members of the Tribe of Judah) and Israel (made up of all the rest of the Tribes). It remained this way until after Jesus' death, when the Second Dispursion occurred.
So we actually have THREE prophesies at Ezekiel 36 and 37, all of which have been fulfilled:
1) the Jews would be regathered from all the nations to repopulate the land of Israel;
2) Israel as a nation would be reborn, which occurred in May, 1948;
3) Israel would again be one nation, instead of two. "

There are literally thousands of Prophecies in the Bible. There are some 300 relating to the coming Messiah and Jesus Fulfilled every one of them an amazing feat given the odds are astronomical.
The Prophets and their books are divided into Major and Minor Prophets (based on length of dissertation not the Prophecies.)
The Major Prophets are: Isaiah, Jeremiah, Ezekiel, Daniel and the book of Lamentations and the Minor Prophets are: Hosea, Joel, Amos, Obadiah, Jonah, Micah, Nahum, Habakkuk, Zephaniah, Haggai, Zechariah, and Malachi.
I missed the one where the Bible predicted the internet. However, there are some interesting things in the Bible for example it says in Genesis 1:21 “And the LORD God caused a deep sleep to fall upon Adam, and he slept: and he took one of his ribs, and closed up the flesh instead thereof;” That could be rightly construed to show the first use of anesthesia and the first surgery.
Also in Job 37: 2 Hear attentively the noise of his voice, and the sound that goeth out of his mouth. 3 He directeth it under the whole heaven, and his lightning unto the ends of the earth. Here on might assume electronic communication as the voice of God goes out across the earth as lightning (electricity)
There are many more and I don’t say or even try to persuade anyone of the above. However, it is something to think about.

Jesus fulfilled more prophesies than these, but I am tired of typing.
My favorites are the Jews coming back into their land in the latter day and flying back on wings of eagles. Becoming a nation in one day. UN made them a nation in one day.
I love Daniel. Daniel 12:4 "But thou, O Daniel, shut up the words, and seal the book, even to the time of the end: many shall run to and fro, and knowledge shall be increased."
If you have any brain or open mind or if you can think for yourself - WHAT INCREASED KNOWLEDGE. And think again, HOW DO WE RUN TO AND FRO?

The word "prohetes" means to speak for God in the bible. The idea of prediction is secondary. The prophet in the bible speaks for God about the things that the people already now. In other words if they were following the laws then the prophet wouldnt be necessary.

The Bible contains more fulfilled prophesies than I could write here in a period of time that would allow for people to keep their attention to read them all.

Well I don't know about the bible, but when I was a kid my mom made a ton of prophecies about my future. I always thought them exceedingly improbable, but wow... Turns out my mom is some sort of prophet.
Where's my drink?

The biggest example is that entire Old testament prophesies of Christ and his coming.
There are lots of websites with this type of info. Here's just one.

While I don't believe the Bible, it wasn't written for that purpose.
