Why is it if someone kills someone else it is against the law and they are arrested BUT if you kill someone in a war..your a hero???....You still killed someone no matter how bad they were.Does that mean if I killed a serial killer I wouldn't go to jail?

i recently lost all of my insurance well i was suppost to get braces this summer (my dentist wanted me to wait because i WAS pregnant) well i was suppost to have them because my teeth were pushing into each other and hurting really bad... it has been 3 months and my teeth are hurting even worse, i have never had a cavity or anything, they just are moveing, my dentist told me that the pain will go away as my teeth start to get straighter, i was wondering if i were to just go to the denstist without insurance will they make me pay for the braces all up front or do they allow you to pay monthly or how does that work? please just serious answers only... thank you.

there's been a lot of talk about who wins between a ufc fighter and a boxer. lets say we had rocky marciano in his prime against chuk lidell. marciano was only 185 lbs, and about 5'10" so don't bring me that lidell is not a heavyweight. Anyone who know about fighting knows that marciano would eat chuck for breakfast marciano had unreal power and had a concrete chin. lidell always leaves his hands WAY too down it would be only matter of seconds before marciano cathces him with an overhand right. UFC is a joke

2) I need examples of endothermic and exothermic? I know endothermic is in and exothermic is out but not specifically understand the meaning thought.
