Rest and in Motion respect to different reference frames.

For example: When you are inside a moving car. With respect to the ground you are in motion, w.respect to the car you are in rest.

All motion is relative to other objects. A stone resting on the ground is actually spinning with the surface of the earth that is also orbiting the sun.

A body at rest contains billions and trillions of atoms, which are vibrating. And an atom is apparently at rest, but its components (electrons, protons etc.) are in motion.

The sea waves are in continuous motion but the sea as a body is at rest. A glass of water is apparently at rest but its molecules are in constant motion.

So, the motion and rest are matters of perspective.

yes it is posssible because consider an example if a body is in themoving train then person who is in the train with respect to him body is at rest but person standing outside the moving the train the body appears to be moving along with the train.

I guess you could argue relative to what. If its a rock relative to the earth its stationary, but relative to the sun its in motion.
