You try MS Excel insted of MS Ward in MS Excel to creat Idex is very easy you only create Table (Feed the DATA) than select all data in sheet and cleck inset tab in menu bar & select chart option than two type is available in the dialog box 1) standerd type and 2) Custom type in both type verious type of index (Graphs) available select one of the graphs than data range is came in that option 01) is Rows 02) is Coloum you chose one of the selection and press next botton chart title , x axis , y axis secound catogery , secoun value feed it as per your table than cleck next and than next dialog box will display than in the dialog cleck finish option your index (Graph) will display in same sheet you create differnt types of graph in this MS Excel .
