Union Pacific Corp. sold the three Champlin (Union Pacific Resources) Refineries to Petroleos de Venezuela with U.S. Government approval. Other Major U.S oil companies sold their refineries to other european countries, etc.. This B. S. ab out no refining capacity has caused high gas prices is phony.

Why Not? Getting the permits to build them is virtually impossible.
