how old do u have to be to get a job ( 4 teens) ? i'm 14!

I bought a 5 ft tall chain link fence and fenced in a big hunk of my back yard for my lab, Hemi. Now the whole neighborhood is checking it out. Tommorrow they come to attach fencing to the poles which are now buried in concrete. Should I let my neighbor put her choco lab in my back yard when she goes out of town or would this just be a bad idea. Currently, he stays in her house 24/7 except for short walks. She is in the process of building a big house in the country, so she moved next door temporarily.

I am looking to spend around 200 dollars and was wondering how many people I could feed for that much money. I know its hard to say because who knows how much people are going to eat, but I am looking for some guestimates. From what I read online, qdoba says that it averages about $10 a person, so $200 would feed 20 people. That seems kind of high and I was wondering if they're estimating on the high side.

Just a little indulgence here, since I've noticed quite a few fundamentalists/creationists/ dare-I-say-conservatives, seem to believe global warming is a myth created by the left wing, bleeding heart scientists.

Wouldn't it be safer to allow for the POSSIBILITY that global warming is real, start to shift away from burning fossil fuels, invest in "green" technology, and try to reduce CO2, than to RISK the possibility of tipping a scale we won't be able to reverse - a 40' rise in sea levels, the destruction of marine ecosystems, possibly even human life?

What do we have to lose by learning to live environmentally neutral?

My husband and I have been married for almost two years and we live far away from our hometown due to the military. In fact we live in a quite larger place and he has to travel far distances to get to work every day. I do not have a car yet. We only have his car which gives us problems so much. He really wants to sell the one he has to get a car that doesn't run and bye a motor for it. He wants to start racing. It seems to be a dream he has and by all means I do not want to affect that but I've been telling that maybe he should get a dependable car while we are here. We have 3 more years. I want to know should I back off , since he is the bread winner at the moment?

i met this really nice guy through my best friend.....we had an amazing night....we talked about so many things..we laughed and cuddled in the same bed (nothing happened).....he even wanted to sing me a lullaby to make me fall asleep...i woke up to a note that he left on the pillow saying "im sorry i left but i couldnt sleep, i didnt want to wake you (and then he left his number)...i called him the next day and left a message saying how are things going and i left him my number in return...its been 3 days and he still hasnt returned my call...what gives?

...........he doesnt have a girlfriend....he talks about me all the time...hes best friends with my friends boyfriend.....hes not one to play games either...so i dont know

I bought 4 of them 5 days ago to go in my 125 gallon allong with my columbian sharks (2), kissing gouramis (2), angel fish (2), ghost knife (1) and rainbow sharks (2). They were fine just an hour ago at feeding time. I fed them frozen bloodworms. Now 3 of the 4 are dead with their stomachs open. What happened? All the other fish are okay.

I allowed one of my friends to stay with me for what I thought was going to be for a month until she got back on her feet, got a job, an apartment etc..and the main reason I allowed her to stay was because I have the space to accomodate her, and she has a 2 year old..it's been 4 months now, and now she's 2 months pregnant. My thing is, I've helped her with her resume, and she's been on countless interviews, however she claims the reason she didn't get the job was because she's black (why people constantly pull this race card is beyond me, and I think it's crap) but anyhoo, I told her I'd try my best to help her find a job, and I think helping her with her resume and taking her to her interviews is helping enough. She's been living rent free and now I'm getting sick of it because she's not making an effort. Last week I told her that she's gonna have to find somewhere else to stay and she accused me of being a bad friend. Was I wrong for doing this? Last time I checked it was my house..

Im tring to lose some weight for the summer. Im 15, 5'8 and weigh 150 pounds. Recently when i have been going on the scale i realized that my weight is constantly changing. Its seems as if im losing or gaining 5 pounds every couple of weeks.

So heres my first question, is it safe for your weight to be constantly changing?

As i mentioned above ^^ I want to lose some weight for the summmer. About 15 pounds. Is it alright if i lose about 5 pounds a week??.

I'm getting commissioned as a 2nd Lieutanent in the Army. I would like to have my grandfather administer the oath but I don't know if he is authorized to do it. He was a naval officer but only for 4 years. He did not retire after 20 years, instead he just fufilled his obligation and was honorably discharged. Is there any way he can administer the oath even though he was only an officer for 4 years? Thanks.
