some times i just start thinking about deth...how is it we all work so hard to get things or get places in life, we are just gonna die. i see my pepe(french for grandpa) driving all over the place and having a good old time, but he is so close to deth. and when i look at my daughte i brake out in tears to think that on day maybe evean 100 years from now... she will die...
is it all realy worht it? i life worth living if it is going to end?

I have a stock account and am looking for the best way to make the most of my return (after tax). If I make 10% return this year (let's say $100) . How much would I have to pay in taxes (what is the rate)? If I converted that account into an IRA or Roth IRA or some other account (can I do that?)...how much would I have to contribute monthly and how much tax would I have to pay at the end of the year (on that return)? If I cashed in early on those IRAs (sold some of the stock and took the cash and bought, let's say, an apartment), what penalty rate would be applied to that withdrawal?

This basically boils down into: Is it better to hold stock in a regular (i.e non IRA etc) account (so I can withdraw $ whenever I need to) and pay tax on that, or hold it in an IRA (or other type) account and then pay the penalty, if I need to withdraw?. Any advice is appreciated. Thanks!

I can not listen to my ex-husband 's voicemails or read my ex-husband's e-mails without getting upset, depressed and feeling generally down for a few days.

However, if we change custody of my daughter who is 14, we will have to deal with one another.

I am thinking of sending him an e-mail that I will not answer any voicemails or e-mails unless they have to do with sending our daughter to me.

I know that this will anger him, but I have just started a new job and don't know what else to do.

I feel very sad when I hear the lady that I work with taking such good care of her 12 year old daughter and my ex blames me for not being "there" for our child. I gave him sole physical and legal custody and he never followed the visitation rules.

Are there any other ways to deal with him?

I had my two bottom wisdom teeth removed 1.5 weeks ago. The left side slid right out but the right side was taken out in 3 pieces and took them over an hour. Thankfully I was on conscious sedation and don't remember much of it. Anyway, the right side developed dry socket and I had to go back last Monday to get paste packed into the tooth. How long is this paste supposed to stay in? I'm still in pain and my ear still slightly hurts.

I would be very grateful if anyone out there can help..

My hubby has just started a job(shipping company). During these 3months, he was told to work most of the time during his off days.

He was told to work 7days a week and sometimes from morning till midnight AND no off days was given at all..
NO OVERTIME PAID ALSO AT ALL! The employer knows that my hubby needs a job urgently as he needs to support me and baby .

As my hubby is a kind hearted person, he didn't go to Ministry Of Manpower to log for a complain. He has no choice but been manipulated by his employer because he has to work in order to support us for that.. I am very concern for his health as he doesn't have enough sleep at all .

How can he able to work in such a irregular hours?
7days a week and is from morning till night! Furthermore,his paid is very low.
I don't earn much either (less than SGD1000 after CPF)
and my hubby's salary is less than SGD$1400 after CPF,
I really don't know how to survive..

I have a clean record and only been pulled over for no point infractions...I live in Michigan, I messed up and drove when I shouldn't have, my mistake and I totally understand that. I really don't wanna ever go back to jail, it was the worst night of my life...I'm reading that you can go to jail for first time offenders...what are the chances of me going to jail or what will happen to me now? OWI...is Operating While Intoxicated....i had all my paperwork with me...that wasn't the problem. I don't wanna to back to jail....I'll need a layer I see, but I just am so nervous. I have never been in any kind of trouble.
