Yes, it's like that. If you call someone your bf, you can't go out with another guy. You are hurting your bf by going out with Sam, especially if your bf is not OK with that. I know you don't want to feel that your bf owns you, but he doens't want to feel that Sam is more important to you.

I'm not so sure that Sam would walk his talk if he was indeed your boyfriend.

ok there is alot of stuff in this one and some of it is fuzzy u said you have feelings for this guy but decided to just stay as friends--yet he is telling you to drop your b/f and get a b/f that will take him along on dates-that is kinda weird. now your laughing yet feeling bad about Sam cause he is really getting hurt. If Sam is just your friend-he has no right interfering with you and your b/f-seems your b/f has been ok about Sam-but with Sam pushin in sayin drop your b/f so I can go out with you guys too--Sam got issues-he may make a good friend-as long as your b/f dont mind you talkin to him-but be careful I believed John 3 & let Jesus into my heart to help direct my life, and forgive my sins to be my friend-that helps me most-and when I have a g/f I would never keep a girl as a friend that I have had feelings for in a romantic way-

He sounds like a little bit of a hater to me. It depends on what Sam is asking you to. I mean, if it sounds like a date, then I will ask why don't he take someone else or whatever. I wouldn't care if you went and hung out with Sam, but not like to go to do something that you would with a BF. For example, if you liked something that I don't and he shared in that with you fine.(Maybe something like country music or whatever and going to a country concert). Thats ok. But if it is something that you would not do with a girl friend, then you shouldn't ask to with him.

Your boyfriend is just a bit too jealous and insecure, I'm sure he has friends that are girls and he hangs out with them so it's perfectly fair for you to hang out with your guy friends. Invite him to come along so he can get to know your friend and know that your friend isn't a threat to your relationship. If you are all hanging out together pay him more attention than your friend to show him that he's the one you want romantically and not your friend. I'm not saying ignore your friend when I'm saying pay more attention to your boyfriend, I just mean give him a quick kiss sometimes some sign of affection.

You have to choose. I dont think there are any guys who would be alright with it. It may be harmless, but your bf will still see it as a date.

"bf who wll b ok that i come with u guys too to places"
Your bf wants to date you, not you best friend. I would be pissed if my gf bought along her best friend on our dates.... how romantic....

I think your best friend needs to understand you wont see eachother as much. Otherwise you'll stay single.
