changing your light bulb
regular light bulb to a halogen energy saving light bulb. The science channel said so. I'm watching them now. lmao Wow imagine if someone knows this already and even the link. That would be really cool. This is my first time hearing this. i find it to be just amazing. 3 millions cars off the road lol that has to be a exaggeration come on 3 million. That is too good. Hey, I'm looking for hair styles that have BLACK hair but BLONDE bangs/fringe. Preferably side bangs, and shoulder length/short hairstyles. If not, anything with blond ebangs and black hair is good!
please help!

All I can find personally is blonde hair and black bangs.

A news story about IEDs in Iraq said all an insurgent needs to do is open or close a circuit to detonate a bomb. My brother says their right; I say that only CLOSING a circuit would do it. Opening a circuit seems ridiculous, you have to close it to send the electricity to detonate something. Who is right?
