Ice. KSP of oil in water is low. Lowering the temp will make it even lower. Use an old fashoined gravy boat designed to skim the grease and pour the gravy/water.

i didnt think oil mixed with water:) most house hold products r surfactants and will actually make oil like water and ull never separate them that way
