bring a lot over here with you .....they are very expensive here £5 (€8) for 20

While I don't know the UK, here in the US it varies from state to state with taxes. Anywhere from $4.50 to $8. A carton of either runs about $35-$45. I hope the exchange rate is good to you!

Bring your own! I was in Firenze last year and was amazed by how much cheaper cigarettes were in Italy.
