regular exercise causes the entire body to function at a higher level of efficiency then when less active. this includes the digestive system. for many foods are digested more rapidly when the amount of exercise is increased or the level of intensity. having a healthy appetite is a good thing as long as you eat mostly healthy foods

Because it increases your metabolism, which increases the rate at which your body uses food for fuel. The more exercise you do, the more food you need. Just eat healthy snacks, veggies and fruits are good choices, whole grains can be filling.

Well, its because when your body burns all those carbohydrates it needs those back again and you eat to get those back again. And the reason you feel hungry all day is most likely because you are training to hard. And its not a bad thing to eat anyways. As long as you can burn it all off later. Remember to drink plenty of water and eat more veggies to get rid of that feeling of hunger so you dont get fat by eating meaty stuff all day whenever you feel hungry. WATER ALSO.

When you increase your exercsing, your burning all the food that you had already eaten.

when you are excersizing, your body needs more fuel to get going, isually, when excersizing a lot, you need to eat more better foods that will fill you up, fiberous foods are great

you're burning more calories, and your body is telling you that it wants more fuel from which to produce energy. drink plenty of water, and that will help alleviate the hunger feelings.
