I don't think it's treatable. People shouldn't eat people, cows shouldn't eat cows (or meat) I believe in feeding people good food as cheaply as possible but they shouldn't feed animals as cheaply as possible. I think that's how they get it.
We can't cure viruses and prions are worse.

Who knows? But they'd better start doing something and fast, because it is for real and there are more actual cases than are reported.
I watched a friend die from this [BSE or Bovine Spongiform Encephalopathy] several years ago and it was just so heartbreaking and painful to witness the excruciating suffering that he had to endure. He was totally and utterly helpless, no control whatsoever over this disease. And worst of all, there wasn't anything the neurologists could do to ease his suffering except keep him in protective restraints and heavily sedated 24/7 until he died, and believe me, it was a blessing when Jesus took Him. As I say, the suffering is just beyond the realm of anything that words can describe.

I'm definite this was a joke, but its a sickness that cows capture and make them go crazy. I forgot how they trap it, however if you devour pork from a cow that has mad cow sickness, you could have a risk of catching it. I'm not definite how it influences people though..On Sunday, they recalled 134 million kilos of beef at an Southern CA manufacturing facility that had distributed it to varsities. I feel it was once about mad cow disorder or something,
